JNK India Limited, formerly JNK India Private Limited, confirmed receipt of a certificate from MUFG Intime India Private Limited, formerly Link Intime India Private Limited, regarding the confirmation of securities for dematerialization for the quarter ended September 30, 2026, in compliance with Regulation 74(5) of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Depositories and Participants) Regulations, 2018.
